We had a great experience with this company! They were professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish. They assisted us with our geyser and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Their service was excellent, communication was great, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was handled.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service!

Hi, this was a hard job. Firstly the pipe had to be located which required digging into hard clay, There were also some obstructions like roots and concrete. Not easy access to the pipe. Well done guys from the pictures it looks fine.

Fantastiese diens.

A big thank you to Colin and the team at The Plumbery! It’s not often you come across a company that delivers such consistently excellent service. Whenever I've reached out, the team is always quick to respond, friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to getting the job done properly. The time and care they take to understand and resolve an issue, rather than simply rushing through the job is rare and appreciated. A pleasure dealing with people who take real pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Thank you to the entire team, you are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you!

After a burst Geyser on our first night in a new flat, the team came over the very next day and not only replaced our Geyser but also did it with such care and respect to the rest of the property. Making sure to clean up once they were all done as well. I really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness in explaining what was happening and even sending photos for us to pass on to our landlord. Excellent service!!

Colin and his co-worker delivered exceptional service: dedicated, extreme perfectionalism, efficient, hard working young men. Colin showed so much empathy towards me in a devastating situation. What a pleasure to have had them in my house, working non-stop from 10am to 6pm!!
